Using the service

SwasthaID is intended for secure personal health-record management, patient-controlled sharing, and related patient-support workflows. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and use the product only for lawful purposes.

Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You are responsible for controlling access to your account, device, OTP messages, and biometric unlock methods.
  • You must not impersonate another person or create health records for a family member without authority to do so.
  • If you use email login or family-link workflows, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Medical disclaimer

SwasthaID is a record-management and sharing tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Doctor access, audit history, and any clinician-facing AI assistance remain subject to the professional judgment of the treating clinician.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access records you are not authorized to view.
  • Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Do not upload malicious files, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights.
  • Do not share patient-issued doctor tokens except for the medical-access purpose the patient intended.

Data, deletion, and termination

Your use of SwasthaID is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request permanent account deletion inside the mobile app or through the public account-deletion flow.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, unlawful activity, material security risk, or behavior that threatens patient privacy or platform integrity.

Availability and changes

We may update the service, these terms, or supporting workflows from time to time. When material updates are made, the effective date on this page will be revised.
